“Great product and service spoiled by poor delivery. The vinyl is great quality and the samples and ordering process were great but the delivery experience is very poor. I expected a text or for the driver to ring the door bell but instead I found the roll dumped in the front yard with a big bend in it. I understand that it is almost impossible for one person to carry a 5m roll and has to hoick it over their shoulder but this inevitably damages the vinyl in the pinch point. Fortunately the damaged point is close to the edge of the room so hopefully it won’t rip further but not ideal. I’m sure you’re aware of these issues as you very clearly warn customers they can’t complain about damaged goods unless it is pointed out to the driver. No wonder he ran away.”
