“After a long trawl of the internet, this beach-effect vinyl was exactly what I was looking for, and at an excellent price. Unfortunately I cannot find anyone to fit and lay it, as the four companies I have tried only fit their own products. I wasn't anticipating this problem. Vinyl still wrapped, hence no photo.”

“Saw on social media that new houses are having built-in entrance mats so had the idea to recreate the look on our porch. Came across Remland Carpets after a google search. Lots if variety, good price and quick delivery. Also, the porch looks great!”

“Ordered on the Wednesday after speaking to customer services to check stock, called back as advised once order placed online, order arrived on the Friday. This pattern was out of stock at the manufacturer so it was brilliant to be able to get hold of it.”

“My order took ages to come then wasn't delivered when stated on courier email. I contacted Relmland ,once they looked into it said it was broken in transit and sent out next day. Overall good service , shame I had to chase it up to find out where it was.....”

“I was told by Remland that my order would be delivered on a certain day. I had a fitter standing by from lunchtime, which cost me £100 for his time, but no delivery. I rang Remland and was told if it wasn't delivered by the Friday it would be the following Monday. It didn't arrive on either date. It eventually arrived on the following Wednesday, 10 days after the original delivery date. As this was coming from Belgium I do understand that Remland have to go by what they say, but that did not compensate for the money I had to spend waiting for the delivery. Not sure I would order from them again.”

“Great service, excellent flooring, fast delivery. Will definitely be a returning customer. However.. celotape used to secure my roll of vynl was so sticky took me ages to get it off maybe something that doesn't leave a residue would be better!”

“Hello, Thank you so much, I love my new cushioned flooring. The service is excellent. I must say the gentlemen I dealt with Dexter was extremely helpful, kind and very efficient and always rang me back with all the details I needed. A real pleasure to deal with Remland Carpets. I am sorry I cannot send you a picture, am not very computer savvy and do not know how to download one! That was another plus point, although I did look online and order samples which came very quickly, I could actually speak to a person which I think is very important. Many thanks. Wendy Mellor”

“Delivery was on the day promised, even with a 5.30 pm delivery. I over ordered because the flotex was being fitted into a boat with many different shapes, it looks and feels underfoot very smart. no photos i am afraid.”
