“I ordered a grey coir mat and paid £76 for 2m x 2m not cheap. The mat is brown although I have emailed Remland carpets they assured me that this was off their grey roll. This is their reply Please note that this Premium Quality A Grade product has been dyed and finished by hand and will include naturally occurring variations in shade and texture, this adds to the unique character of the matting and should not be considered a defect.’ This item is heavy and would have cost me X amount to return so my husband laid it as you can see from the picture an expensive amount I have a dark grey front door and a light grey shoe unit in my porch.”
