“Disappointing service and Remland need to improve their communication with their customers. My order was delayed, and I was not made aware of the fact, then a further delay by their delivery company ment that I waited a whole day at home for a delivery that eventually come the next day, again I was not kept up to date by Remland. The product was fine and as expected but the delivery was badly managed.”

“Minor issue with my order but Marie was so helpful in sorting this and got it collected and replaced within the space of 3 working days which was brilliant. The floor fitter even said it was such good quality too. Always sceptical about ordering online for stuff like this but I loved the sample and it just looks perfect! Thank you so much.”

“As a company, we have made two purchases in the last two weeks and the process was simple and having telephoned with a couple of general queries, these were dealt with by the most helpful and accommodating staff. “A generous three stars as there is a pandemic disrupting normal service, I'll assume. Flotex carpet was ordered in mid June. It is now mid August with no indication of the paid-for carpet being delivered anytime soon. Trying to stay positive.”
