“I am so pleased with how smart and stylish the oak Matt fitted threshold looks. It’s perfect with the oak flooring, just layed definitely recommend this and took no time to be delivered. Arrives safety in a protective tube. Straightforward to fit by knowledgeable handyman.”

“An extremely good company to deal with. Very helpful. Delivery was excellent and the carpet is lovely. Haven't had it laid yet as there is a few alterations that are being made to the bathroom. When completed will send you a photo.”

“Not a happy experience. Admittedly Remland were the only ones on-line who had the carpet I wanted. Ordered on Fri 10 March, it took Remland 10 days to get round to dispatching the small piece of entrance matting. Remland chose to use DX for the delivery. Sadly DX were particularly inefficient. They said they delivered at 08.30 which was probably true but I heard no door bell and it was left at a neighbour. DX claimed to have left a ‘calling card’ but none was left. One neighbour said that they didn’t have it. It shouldn’t be up to me to chase round all the neighbours, just a simple card with a house number would solve everything. The other neighbour is a nurse and I don’t like disturbing her in case she is sleeping. It was not until the afternoon that she kindly brought the carpet to me. A very poor experience compared to dealing with other on-line retailers. Remland OK if you don’t mind waiting and can put up with DX leaving your purchase who knows where.”

“I was looking for good quality sheet vinyl and Remland Carpets had a better choice than anyone else. It was very easy to order it online and the communication and service was superb. The flooring is excellent quality and is exactly what I was looking for. The sample I requested arrived very quickly too and was of a good size.”

“Ordered some lino from Remlands when our local supplier never came back with a price. As we only needed a mtr in length I think there wasnt any money in it for them, more fool them next time we need to purchase flooring. Ordered from Remlands website Friday PM, received an email the following Monday to say our order was being processed & would be with us in the next 3 to 4 days, received emails from the delivery company advising that it was with them then when it was out for delivery. I also advised the delivery company where to leave the lino should we not be in, but made sure we would be on the days we were expecting delivery & when we got up at 8:10am on the Thursday it had already been delivered, a card left telling us that & left in the place we advised, so both Remlands & the delivery company were fantastic, therefore I give 5 stars to them both. It went in our downstairs loo which we have just refurbished & looks fantastic, so thank you.”
