“Ordered Flotex carpeting, it was about £8 cheaper here than in my local stockist! I was kept updated on my order progress and the carpet arrived 2 days early. Great service and would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you 😊”

“Excellent service and my flooring was upgraded because the other option was not in stock with no extra cost, honest and true so far so good, The flooring arrived quickly and has now been laid. Plus they were the cheapest for the product i wanted. Polite sales team. Thanks Chris Jones Rochester”

“I ordered Vinyl flooring on the 21st July ,expected up to 7 days for delivery ,had a text on the 27th July to say delayed until 4th August ,rang on the 30th July and cancelled the order,I was told refund would be processed .Rang on the 6th August to check where money was ,It’s being processed today 1 week after cancelling order ,still waiting for my refund 5 days later ,wouldn’t recommend .,2 weeks for a refund is unacceptable .”
