“Personally, I love their app. The app gives you real time updates and at what states your pension pot is at in terms of each release stage. I would say to release my pension it took about 7 weeks which I am totally fine with as I was not desperate nor really needed the money as a must”

“Well this is not understatement when I say that the service is quite unique because you do not just get pension money released but you also get some ‘AFTER’ service care which is good. So if you are like me and you need more information after your release then this company do not disappear they are on the end of the phone if and when you need them. I only needed them twice afterwards and both my questions were answered adjacently”

James was my dedicated account handler and provided and produced weekly updates via email or phone calls.
