“Pension release is everywhere with the government changes recently and I was left overwhelmed with the sheer amount of information that is online. I wanted a company I felt good with and comfortable. Understanding my pension was a deal breaker for me because I did not fully understand or appreciate the value or type of pension I had been paying into for the last 15 years. “I am very happy with the overall service and the jargon was simply explained to me. Their customer service team is open to 8pm and they are very quick to answer the phone and from a customer service point of view the service is outstanding. A good service from an established company who have helped a lot of people. Very happy and am going to recommend to my friends and family in case they would like to also cash in their pension.”

“It was difficult for me to speak on the phone because I work all hours at a local hospital. I wanted to ONLY communicate via email so I could easily speak on email while at work or on the go. Tim my account manager always responded quickly and was helpful…..even with my daft questions. Good customer account management service to help me right through.”

I contact them using their phone number on the website and greeted by a very helpful young gentlemen who helped me better understand their process.
