“£8530 Cash released from my frozen pension. Very – very - very happy! The timing could not be any better. The process took 4 weeks and am happy with how everything has been conducted and the level of customer support I have received. I’ll be honest at firth though was not even sure it was possible and if their claims were to BOLD....rest assure they can do what they say. Keep up the good work”

“Wow.....I have no problem providing an honest review because my experience has been exceptional. To receive my pension cash with ease and without any issues is just so pleasing. I thought I would have to wait 8 weeks, but the truth is it only took 4 weeks so half the time I was expecting so it was a nice surprise. A good company overall that took my concerns into consideration and helping me to release my pension cash early which is going to be a big help to my personal circumstances”

“They said they could access my pension cash and to be honest at the time I did not think they could.....fast forward to 4 weeks later an I am a very happy customer. They have done and provided more than they said they would and what I expected. “After hearing their ad on the radio and then picking up the phone to make contact I was very pleased with the results, when I say pleased with the results, I mean I actually received my pension money like I said I would. A very great service from a company who provided everything they said they provide. I have to say I did shop around because a pension is the most important thing in life and so I needed to be sure I was working and selected the right pension release company and I did.”

“The results have just been very good. I was sceptical at first because was not sure I could access my pension money like they claimed but true to their word they have been just fantastic from the word go. The service side of their customer service has been great. Always been updated along the way. I know they bringing new products to the market and I would be a new customer of anything new they bring as long as the service was as good as it was with their pension release services.”

“Very helpful service my only criticism would be I would have liked to have received my pension money sooner. I was hoping to have received my money in 2 weeks but my tax free money was released in about 5 weeks. I work shifts so during the day I sleep as work night shifts and so I was able to easily communicate with their customer service team via their app which is super simple and very helpful as the response time was quick and the level of details was excellent as it gave me time stamps as to when I could expect to receive my pension money. So far the service for me personally has been very good. Not been mislead or feel like have received the wrong information”

“Very happy with the end result. I honestly didn’t think they could really release my pension cash but am happy to report they DID! I was advised that the application process from start to finish could take about 8 weeks, but actually for me the process took 3 weeks so it was so much quicker than I expected which was a nice surprise. Great service and the level of support was quick and prompt – WOULD RECOMMEND 😊”

“I work shift patterns so when I wanted to check on my application it was made easy for me because the call centre was open until 9pm at night so I can find out how my application was pressing and how long would take to access my cash which I found very helpful and useful. Pleased to announce that my pension money has been released and there was no bumps in the road as the service was pretty simple, I did not do much as they did most of the work I just had to provide some information”

“Provided a fantastic sell pension service and customer support was excellent because I received a lot of free sell pension information about how to sell my pension and how to go about the whole process. I did speak to several other companies but settled on this one due to the customer support and service that they provided because when I wanted to speak someone if had any questions I was able to call their support helpline that was open till quite late which was helpful”
