“The delivery team were excellent, they let us know exactly when they would be arriving, and they put the new sofa together in no time. Not only did the company supply the suite significantly cheaper than any where else, they have managed to deliver it earlier than anticipated. Additionally, we have not had to contact them every two minutes about the order, and neither have they company mithered us in any way. Exactly how we like to do things. We would happily recommend this company to friends and family. And the suite is gorgeous and very comfortable!”

“Excellent product and excellent service. Bought a Silentnight "London" mattress at a very competitive price which was delivered exactly on time as agreed. Communication with this company was very straight forward with friendly and helpful sales staff. Highly recommend.”

“I was unsure about buying such a large purchase on line but after a quick phone call to the supplier with a couple of quiries I placed my order and I need not have worried. I received plenty of emails keeping me updated about my order. It arrived as ordered, on time and by a very helpful delivery team. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The suite is great, really comfortable and very reasonably priced.”

“Very prompt service with no problem at all with the price match scheme. Product received in good condition. However a little anxious about having to check the product upon delivery before accepting. This process is not that easy with the packages all well packed. Would have liked the reassuarance that all that is required is to notify the company of problems with the product say within 24 or 48 hours in line with practices from some companies.”

“I placed my order online, it was acknowledged within minutes, giving me a estimated delivery date. The couple of question I had were answered very quickly. Excellant service, I would (and have) recommended to all and would not hesitate to order again. Delivey of goods ordered were on time, and I was kept notified at all times. Thank you.”

“Had problems with delivery, was told it would be around 8am, three phone calls later it finally arrived late afternoon. Delivery boys were very helpful and apologetic over the delay, blaming it on a vehicle mix up, other than that nice bed very comfortable.”
