“Your prompt action to my order on line was amazing. I put the oder in about midnight on the Sunday and it was delivered, as promised, on the Tuesday. With it being only a short time I cannot really comment on the quality of the mattress etc. but it looks OK and I am sleeping well on it - so thank you. Audrey Ellis.”

“The two people who brought the chair (in two boxes) said that they were not responsible for putting it together and it was not on their documentation to do it - I told them that was ridiculous and I would not accept the chair on that basis. They eventually agreed to do it, reluctantly, and it took 2 minutes.”

“What an excellent service from this Company - very helpful when I phoned answering all queries I had relating to the product before I ordered online including the samples of leather which gave me a good idea of the material to choose. Regarding delivery - also advised date of delivery in good time - together with the chaps that delivered the furniture - all went according to plan and cannot fault either Relax Sofa beds or the delivery firm themselves. Thank you again for such a reliable excellent service.”
