“I bought 2 sofas which I had seen locally for a much higher price. I was impressed that I was sent good size fabric samples very quickly. Delivery was one week longer than expected but this could be explained by 3 Bank Holidays which fell within the lead in period. Delivery was on time unfortunately only one of the sofas arrived and I then had to wait another five days for the second. Both arrived in good condition and were unpacked and all the packaging taken away. Very impressed with the quality of the furniture and the guarantee.”

“Had problems with getting my delivery on time, had to make a fuss. Its the most uncomfortable suite i have ever had, very disappointed to say the least for what i paid for it. would never recommend you.”

“The silentnight 2000 pocket sprung bed with topper included is really comfy. Best price we could find in the uk. Delivery time was longer than the 7-10 days than stated. Think it took about three weeks. Customer services said it was because they were making it. When I told the delivery driver this he laughed and said their warehouse is stocked full. This is disappointing if true as we had to sleep on the floor as tempur took their mattress back very quickly. However, great mattress and great value.”

“We ordered the bed from Relax after having a terrible experience with another supplier. We paid £30 for a saturday delivery and it was well worth it. They did exactly what they promised to do. The only down side I would say is that we had the confirmation order and then no other e-mails confirming the saturday delivery or any indication of time it was expected. Would recommend this supplier.”

“Easy to order and good confirmation and follow-up via email. Good quality furniture - very pleased with the items. Two points - I phoned to find out when item would be delivered as I expected to hear a bit sooner after full payment had been taken. Second point - ask delivery men to wash their hands! After removing the protective covers from my very light coloured sofa one of them moved it and left a dirty mark down the side. That's my family's job!”
