“It was our very first purchase from RS&B as they were the only company who were manufacturing the accent chair that we wanted to compliment the rest of our suite. I would have no hesitation to order any future products from RS&B as the service we received from start to finish was absolutely first-class. The quality and finishing of our accent chair was perfect and it was obvious to see it was made by a team of experts who take great pride in their workmanship. Furthermore, our delivery service provided by Humber Services Limited was fantastic. The two delivery staff members were very polite and professional and they took great care to bring the chair in carefully. We also noted the chair was extremely well packaged for added safety which the delivery staff happily took away with them. 5* service!”

“I ordered my LA-Z-Boy chair at the beginning of April and it was delivered mid August. The chair was delivered and setup by 2 very polite men and was very appreciative for their help. I've been my chair for about a month now and it was well worth the wait, the quality of the product is incredible and so very very comfortable. I have used the massage feature regularly and really enjoy chilling with headphones and listening to music. All the features of the chair work well and I would purchase from this store again. Thank you!”
