“Richard is a great help. Always responds and chases things up. The sofa itself (Ashley manor) is a little firmer than I'd like. This is a problem when buying over the net, we don't try them out. The quality however, stitching etc is really top marks. Beautifully made. Delivery was very late and wasn't finished here till around 10-30pm or later. I was told at 4-45pm by the delivery office they were 20 mins away. Apparently I was supposed to be told of delay but that did not happen and left me extremely anxious and stressed over the next few hours what was happening. That could have been avoided by simply telling me the truth rather than what I feel to be a lie before her knocking off time. The delivery guys were brilliant and thank god they were willing to still deliver so late on for me. Appreciated after the stress caused earlier. BUT after all the stress of last night I will reiterate the suite is beautifully made and I'm quite impressed with it. Thank you Richard and delivery guys.”

“The order was placed without issues. The price of the sofa was better than on other web sites and the delivery was faster than expected. The delivery guys were friendly and helpfull and courteous. A pleasant buying experience. Thank you.”

“Delivery was a bit late but this was due to heavy traffic. The delivery men were excellent, put the sofa bed where we wanted it, unwrapped it, showed us how it worked and took all the packaging away, nice polite lads too!”

“Delighted with the service overall and the quality in the finish of the sofas received. Lots of positive comments. Also delivery date was confirmed near delivery time, furniture placed where required and all packaging taken away. Not just very good but excellent!!”

“recliner delivered earlier then anticipated ! It has been over a week and mother is pleased. delivery driver set it up for her and took old chair. Excellent company to deal with . There is no room to comment anything negative!! Will be ordering mattress next. Thank you to all team members”

“Disgraceful customer service! We are pensioners and the company are refusing to collect a sofa which we are unhappy with. They are looking to charge over £500 to collect a sofa which we informed them within hours of delivery that we wanted to return and refund. They have failed to return calls and emails and we are now referring to Trading Standards and Watchdog. We are having sleepless nights due to the stress they are causing us...the sofa is in our lounge and not used. We have offered a reasonable sum to collect the sofa but will certainly not be 'ripped off' by extortionate demands that do not accord with their terms and conditions and fall foul of the Unfair Term and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and additional Charges) regulations.”

“The sofa bed I bought was cheaper from them than anywhere else we found, AND delivered for free. The delivery men were courteous, efficient and friendly. They wore overshoes in the house so as not to leave dirt from their shoes. They arrived promptly when they said they would so I didn't have to wait in all day. I had paid to have my old sofa removed by the company but then my daughter decided at the last minute to have it instead. The company were very prompt in reimbursing me with the amount without any issues at all. In all an excellent service from all I had dealings with”

“You delivered promptly and the men were friendly helpful and very carefully placed the suite making sure we were satisfied. Although this was not a face to face order and done on line the friendly service we received was excellent.”
