“the sales were ok but delivery firm gave a time before dawn to arrive which we changed. Then the driver rang about dawn (6am?) to say he didnt have a delivery for us. Then before the re-arranged date we didn't have a call the day before, but a driver rang an hour before delivering which was a bit of a surprise but the time was actually OK as it happened. We wouldn't really wan't that delivery firm again!!”

“Having previously ordered a chair from Relax Sofas and been pleased, I went ahead and ordered a sofa. Really pleased with both. Excellent customer service and delivery men 'phoned ahead with actual delivery time. Would definately recommend this company and competitive prices too.”

“The chair is excellent - just what my husband needs. Price was better than we could find elsewhere. Delivery service was also excellent. The driver and his mate found us despite a slightly difficult location, brought the chair up quite a steep slope and made sure it was fully assembled and working, and in the required room. Overall very pleased.”

“Telephone service excellent unfortunately we had a mix up with the delivery date. Quickly responded to. Bed is really lovely. One other minor, delivery man would not take bed upstairs. Said not allowed to. 2 hours later a furniture delivery from Next promptly taken up the stairs! Why any difference?”

“Ordered 2 swivel chairs which I had seen in local shop. I knew they were comfortable and had seen the fabric swatch I wanted so I knew the quality. Delivery did take 8 weeks but I had be advised it would take that long. Delivered as advised very well packaged took ages to unwrap bubblewrap. Easy to assemble very pleased with product and £100 cheaper than in shop.”

“I love my new bed, it's so big and comfy not to mention of high quality so it'll last ages. Delivery guys were great, bed was on time and assembled quickly, very flexible with room space. Will choose relax beds in the future, thank you!!! :D”

“Excellent service, delivered right in the middle of the slot I was given, delivery men polite and unpacked everything for me, put the feet on (which I hate doing!!) and took all the packaging away as well. Delighted with the bed, looks good, very comfy and cheaper than anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.”

“Relax beds were great. I live in London; they are in Lincolnshire. Delivery was free. They phoned to confirm a mutually convenient delivery date (when the table was ready), I got a time between 0700-1000; the delivery guys called me half an hour before arrival and even put the table together for me. That is excellent service. Amazing really. I've told all my friends about them and would recommend them to anyone.”
