“The staff were extremely helpful with everything surrounding the choosing and eventually both the ordering and paying for the sofas we chose. We had to do everything on line and by phone. They even sent a video showing the action of the reclining sofas. All of this because we are over 70 years old and can't get out to visit showrooms anymore. A big thank you.”

“Bought a fabulous Alstons Swivel chair to match another we already had. Great service. Great pruduct. So comfortable. The 2 are placed near each other so we can swivel towards anyone we want to talk to or towards the TV or window to look at the garden. so easy to order etc and kept informed of date and time of delivery. The delivery guys were so helpful and friendly too.”

“We love the chair we chose. It is very comfortable and stylish. The service we received was very good and everything almost went to plan. The chrome feet didn't arrive with the chair but within a couple of days the delivery men returned and fitted them for us. We are very happy with our purchase and we will definitely return to this company again.”

“The service I received from Relax Sofas & Beds was excellent. I spoke to them several times on the phone once asking for the deliver date to be delayed and once to add to order & both handled brilliantly. Delivery went smoothly & on time and sofas & footstools are great. Only slight disappointment is the back feet on the sofas aren’t wood, they’re plastic. Not sure whether this could’ve been changed, I would have had wooden had I’d realised.”
