“Excellent service. The lovely sofa bed arrived on the day and within the time frame stated. It was carried carefully to my daughters first floor flat, unpacked for her and she was given a demonstration as to how to transform it into a bed. I wish all companies were so efficient!”

“Surprisingly, the sofas were ready before we were! But delivery was put off 'til we needed them. We were very pleased with them. The furniture arrived early in the time slot given to us and delivery went very smoothly even though access was not great. The guys who took away every bit of packaging and were extremely helpful.”

“The price was very competitive compared to a local retailer and getting material samples was very helpful in making the final decision on colour, etc. There were no problems with the order or delivery, everything ran very smoothly and the delivery van arrived within the hour of when it was expected! I would definitely recommend this company.”

“We had no problem deciding on which riser recliner to buy as we already have a Sherborne Keswick.However buying an expensive item on line was a leap of faith. However we needn't have worried as dealing with Relax Sofas was made easy by their efficiency and customer service. Would buy from them again.”

“The plastic wrapping on the furniture wasn't adequate and when the delivery men had gone I noticed dirty marks on a couple of the corners. I cleaned them off as best I could. So would suggest better plastic wrapping in future.”
