Extortionate charges: 600+VAT for a spilled coffee? yes, that is right, this is Regus for you.
Centre manager David is a bully. He makes fun of people, shouts behind your back, threatens you every 5 mins, barges in your office without knocking on your door etc etc. I have never seen him smiling, he has this presence which makes people feel uncomfortable. Being a tenant at Regus Strand is like being in the 5th grade.
Facilities? Always dirty, wc continually blocked, kitchen filthy.
Repairing a hot water machine took 2 weeks.
They vacuum the place in the middle of a work day. Imagine you need to concentrate and someone is vacuuming the corridor.
Overall extremely expensive, dirty, and rude. There are many better alternatives to Regus if you wish to rent a serviced office. Don't do it, you will only regret Regus.
UPDATE: WE HAVE JUST BEEN CHARGED 700 GBP UNDER THE DISGUISE OF RESTORATION. WE USED A 20 m2 SPACE AND WE DID NOTHING TO DESTROY IT. THE WALLS EVEN DID NOT NEED PAINING.
