“I had a problem with the XP headphones I ordered. They arrived at 14:00 (less than 24 hours of order). I sent a mail to Regton, within an hour Alan (I think) from support phoned me and immediately ordered a replacement for me. Excellent service.”

“This is a simple review of the service NOT the product. I spoke to Nigel before the purchase. He was knowledgeable and helpful to my many questions and advised me on certain points I was unsure about and the delivery was exhalant the very next day less than 24 hours from my purchase. I am NOT making any comments on the actual equipment as I have not yet been able to get out and test it.”
