“Asked repeatedly about arbitrary and summary rejections of customers claims as it pertains to negative news regarding this practice and how Regency plans to handle this going forward…..got nothing but the run around until I had to renew my policy! Pretty disappointing and disingenuous!”

“The cover and price were excellent. The 'pushy' attitude of the staff seemed like desperation and gave no confidence to me... so much so that I may not actually take up cover with them”

“Very fast reimbursement for standard expenses but gets more complicated and delays to get surgery approval....as they check prices of other hospitals around.....as long as you can prove it was not a pre-existing condition all should be approved.”

“I cant comment on how good or bad the service is as I have never had to use the service, however I do find it expensive and will give a lot of consideration before I sign up for another year.”
