“Thank you so much for the care and help from Regency. My policy plan was what I always wanted, and I am happy I am a new client here at Regency. It is way better than any insurance I have ever had, and I am so thankful that I joined my health insurance here. Very helpful people.”

“Avoid this insurance scam. They deny your claims regardless of doctor’s recommendations. The worst HC insurance I’ve ever had. Im 63. 100% honest and real”

“They do everything to deny your claim. Firstly, the paperwork for every claim is very cumbersome. Second, they deny big claims despite doctors orders. They love to claim “preexisting condition” without any records or evidence. Avoid Regency. I’m 63, had healthcare insurance my entire life. By far, Regency is the worst. I am real, this review is 100% authentic. Write me if you want more info”

“Very impressive salesperson. He helped me from the start of my journey when I had no insurance cover at all and until I renewed my plan. He was the one who guided me through everything thank you so much. I feel pleased with the service and everything that I have been through. Excellent customer service for my point of view.”

“MWH Attention!! Sorry a paid years and once i had to go by urgence in hospital they rejected to pay! Its a real pitty. Their arguments were ridiculous! I can't recommend Regeny! This is a form of fraude! Do not trust them!”

“They looking for any excuse to not pay.. Had a motorbike accident with follow operation and denied coverage on minor issue.. Thst did not happen with other insurance before.. Well you get what you pay.. They do not have contracts with major hospitals which show how serious they are”

“Everything has been great from start to where we are now. The sales guy was very helpful and made sure that I knew what I was taking out. Moving on to the people that call me to make sure everything is going ok and the fast claim that I have just made. So refreshing to know that I can rely on them. Just want to say thank you”

“I can't remember the name of the person who dealt with my claim but she was super nice and managed to get everything organised for me quickly. I have had bad experiences with other insurance companies in the past but Regency really do go the extra mile. Extremely satisfied with everything!”

“Regency for ExPats and its parent company Regency Assurance is the closest thing to a criminal enterprise I’ve ever interacted with. My son is a member on the most comprehensive plan. It’s been months and they still haven’t paid claims. Anything you read online about how they “pay 99% of their claims” and that they pay “within 24-hours” is complete and utter advertising garbage. I understand a class action suit is soon to be filed about them.”

“They have a bunch of fake reviews here and also on Trustpilot. The truth is they never payout anything they wil always make up some kind of fake reasons as to why it was denied. Don't trust them they won't help you! I have read many stories of people with serious injuries and valid claims and this company screwed them over! Do not trust them be warned!”
