“Very good experience. I bought the policy one year ago and it was very easy to set up. I just went through the renewal process and they make everything very fast and smooth. For once, no complications or headaches of filling in the same information again!”

“I experienced many disappointments with insurance companies over the past years and didn’t feel supported at all. I ended up spending a lot of money on claims I didn’t get approved. One of my friends recommended me several times to insure myself with Regency and I’m grateful I ended up doing so. It has been already a year and so far, no complaints. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had to claim once this year and the process was smooth and fast. I really felt they were supporting me and I can only thank them.”

“I have been with Regency with almost 10 years, and my experience with them has been excellent. They have always provided reimbursements anywhere in the world I received treatment, and mostly in Switzerland where the health bills are very large. They reimbursed my son's hospital stay in Switzerland without any hassle. Previously I have paid for much more expensive insurances that have refused the most standard bills. I highly recommend this Regency to all my colleagues, especially expats.”

“My family and I have been insured with Regency for the past 3 years and unfortunately, we need to end our contract for work related reasons. We want to thank Regency for the huge support and highly recommend them if you’re currently looking for insurance; they are very patient and will always go one step further to help. “It takes a couple of days for Regency to process my documents and was able to approve my claim request soon after they verify some things with me. So far there were no issues and I am happy with their service. I think it's pretty much standard for all insurance companies to take this process seriously. And regency's customer service is top-notch! they are friendly and was able to discuss with me the things I need to know about my benefits”

“Like any other insurance company, it takes a lot of research in order for you to choose the right one that can potentially save your life. Regency was able to approve my claim in less than 5 days and did the transaction directly with the hospital. The only thing I had to pay was a small nurse fee which was fine. But overall, the transaction was smooth and they were able to run me through the entire process so I get to understand everything.”

“Before this post is taken down, I just want to say that Regency has been helping a lot in letting me understand my policy. Also, they were able to run me through the entire process of different situations so that I will know what are included in my policy. The customer service person i spoke with was very patient since i asked so many questions just to clarify things. I haven't made a claim yet, but so far, I am happy with the way they treat their policy holders.”

“Good company, excellent service by far, and patient customer service. I moved out of germany a couple of years ago and very recently, I purchased a policy from regency. I made a claim request last week and the transaction was fast and got approved in a matter of days. In my case all of the paperwork were prepared by the hospital here in Singapore and regency did all the negotiation directly with them. the next thing I know everything was settled.”

“Its weird reading the negative reviews because I've had no issues with Regency. Yes they are pricey but its all worth it in the end. Each insurance company has its flaw and not every company is perfect. The previous claim that I requested took a couple of days. But in the end, they were able to approve and send the refund.”

“I never thought that I would be able to file a claim with RFE since I have kept myself in good shape. Unfortunately, I recently had an accident and the hospital was quick to get in touch with Regency and they were able to settle everything smoothly.”

“So far so good with RFE. No complaints as of the moment since they are able to do a quick process wiht the claims, their customer service is always on top of all the necessary paperwork, and they make sure that I get to have the best possible servcie in the hospital that I was admitted at the time.”
