Hello everyone, this review is pure honesty as I am a customer for this company. I have been renewing my policy for over 5 years now and I couldn’t be more than pleased with the way everything works. From the beginning of my journey, I had a very helpful sales person who guided me with all the advice I needed to choosing the correct plan that suits me best. So, after that I had my first claim made and everything went through smoothly without any scandals. Got my claims back within 24 hours and was so happy from that point on until the present days.

My claims were very big ones and it took such a short amount of time to process and get all the documents together from the hospital. In less than a day everything was done and I got my money back for both of my big claims! Very happy with my plan and how fast and effective the claims team here work. Thank you so much for paying attention to all my requests and the amount of love and care I receive from this company. Cheers!

Bravo! Thanks to Regency For Expats, I have finally found the perfect insurance for myself and my family. The plans suit everyone in the family and everything works out perfectly. The customer service team are amazing from answering quick emails to very professional phone calls and always keeping me updated for my renewals. The service people would always act in a friendly and helpful way every time I have any questions or any enquiry. My family consists of four people and we all made many claims which all went smoothly. The best customer service for Regency and thank you so much, keep up the good job!

I would like to tell how I actually feel about this insurance company with no bias at all. From the start of my journey, I have received very good recommendations on my package options by the sales team and was very pleased with all my claims being paid back with 24 hours. In addition, the customer service people there are very polite and have high knowledge of every information. This made all the communications easy and effective since I understood how the process works and everything went smoothly for all my claims that I made.

My review for Regency For Expats would be short and simple, nothing to complain about at all only to proudly say how great they are! I chose the perfect plan for myself and my partner, it is the perfect plan since it covers all my needs and the requirements were perfect. The document and application forms were done so fast with the help of a customer service person or a sales person but they knew exactly what they were doing and I was all sorted out. So glad I found this insurance company because it really saves me time and money trying to find something that matches my wants and needs.

Hello, everyone I am just going to write my appreciation post on this website because they truly deserve it. I have been a client here for over four years and I can gladly say that it is the most reliable and trustworthy insurance I can ever ask for. They pay back my claims so fast and also, I have had no problems in submitting any documents for my past claims. No matter how big or small my claims are, Regency have always helped me the best ways possible in order for me to benefit the most out of my plan. Thank you so so much for helping me at all times and responding so fast to my emails within 24 hours. Will certainly renew my plan next year and will recommend to everyone who is an expat and needs to find a health of life insurance for the long run when moving countries. It is truly the best insurance ever!

To be honest, I don’t know why Regency For Expats even get negative reviews and one stars since it is clearly not true. It is by far the best insurance company I have ever encountered because of various reasons. Firstly, it was more than easy to sign up and the application process was so quick and efficient by one of the salespersons. Secondly, not so long after I was a client, I had my first claim and it wasn’t a small claim, it was a big claim and there were so many documents that needed to be provided, but Regency’s customers service was very knowledgeable and professional. They helped me get the documents so fast, I didn’t feel that it was a big problem at all. Last but not least, I got my claims back with a day and also when it was time to renew my policy, I didn’t even have to think twice since everyone in the company took care of me so well. From quick phone calls and fast email responses. There was no room to be unhappy about. Finally, I would like to thank Regency for always checking up on me in a friendly and caring matter. Just to see how I was doing and they remembered every piece of information correctly. Couldn’t even believe that there are one stars reviews because this company has been consistent with every single member from the start of their journey until the present. Most of my friends that are expats are a client at Regency and have perfectly no problems at all.

The truth about this company is that they are liars and thieves. They took our money and when we needed them, they failed us! I have never delt with anything like this before. No now we need to pay back medical costs out of pocket that saved my husband's life just because Regency decided that this claim does not fit into their approved claim system. This was not an incident that we could prevent. My husband had a heart attack. So now it will be fine to put in a claim for stiches but make sure you don't get a heart attack because regency will not pay that account.

Regency has been the most well known and trusted insurance company I have ever heard off. Could not thank them more since they have always reached out to help me with my paperwork, claims and kept in touch with me throughout these years. My whole family relies on Regency since they do life and health coverages wherever I am in this world! I am they cover so many countries I have no problem in moving to work in countries that is not my hometown. Regency has always given me the warmth and comfort that I always needed since having a good health insurance is the most important thing for me and my family. The truth about this insurance company is that they are brilliant in terms of customer care and also how they always respond very fast. I had some problems with my documents and Regency contacted me in such as a short amount of time, I hardly had to wait. Very impressive and so happy to be a client at Regency. Regency has been helpful to me since the start of my plan up until the present days. I have always wanted to post my appreciation comment for them. I have been a client for five years and 99% of my claims have been paid back and in just a short amount of time. Last week I had a small claim and Regency helped took care of me and my claim with a day. Thank you tons!

First, look at the reviews: it is all 5 starts or 1 star.... 5 stars are obviously fake. Real ones are 1 star. Second, they are only registered in a small tax heaven island, so you can never have any claim on them. Run away from this company. They are scammers.

I am very happy with this company because of various reasons, and I would like to share it to everyone, so they know that Regency is no scam or fraud. It is the best and most reliable health and life insurance company I have ever encountered, and I have been their client for 4 years now and will continue to be for the rest of my life. Not only myself that is a client, but also my whole family since their plan options suits everyone in my family and I really want everyone who does not have an insurance to check out Regency.

I totally disagree with all the one stars and false claims for the comments. I have been a client in Regency for over 7 years and no matter the claims big or small. They have been paid back in no time. You just have to follow their procedures and have the documents ready when they ask for it. There have been absolutely no problems with being a client here. Moreover, their insurance packages consist of various options compared to other companies. I have the fully comprehensive package and it covers almost everything and their customer service and claims team responds so fast through all channels of communication. They work really hard to understand each and every claim I had in the past up until the present. If I can thank anyone, I would thank them. Thank you, Regency, for helping me through thick and then, you are the most trusted company operating worldwide and helping ever client in every way they possibly can.

It is a pitty what they do my Partner had a small diving incedent nothing serious just a short stay in the Hospital 2 Hours, just to be sure a little bit Oxygen etc. however Egypt hospital a very expensive for Tourists. Regency now asked for medical history or insurances from the dive center bla bla bla bla bla.... Every new message we receive is full of questions once we answer all the questions new one come. I agree the Sales staff is very helpfull BUT wait until you will request your first claim. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM

Be very wary and avoid this slickly advertised 'too good to be true' company! Am an 'merican Expat living a long time in Thailand, where there are not strict rules or oversite on company's like these. Obviously there are here, obviously to a discerning eye and mind, mostly fake, empty illiterate 5 star ratings, to boost their averages. Reading carefully, almost all of those so called positive reviews, have no details and only say they are so kind and do whatever they are supposed to. This is called 'Astroturfing'! Look it up. Means planting fake positive reviews online, as they certainly pay people to do on this site and on other legit review websites as well! After a few years with them, I can attest to the fact that they denied claims that the other legit companies all do cover, in my final case with them, an inguinal hernia, with no history or record of 'pre-existing'. They also denied payment for a kidney stone, also a first time with no history or reason, besides saying some med I might have taken 15 years ago, might have caused it.. Again several hospital's insurance departments told me that other companies generally always pay for this procedure! To mention also, the 'small print' that they will not cover any hospital inpatient stay and will reduce the total of all surgical and medical expenses by 20% if staying in a Private room, which many hospitals here only offer! After consulting Insurance departments of several major hospitals here, was told by several of them, that these people have a history of not paying, which is why they do not get pre approved. They do not get back to you, as they advertise, in a 'timely manor' as they claim, unless it is to get more money from you! Had to wait 3 days in expensive hospital waiting to hear back from their so called in house 'expert', for their refusal to pay for kidney stone treatment. Was told they have an office here, but false. Was told they are backed by a known Brit and Hong Kong Re-assurance company, but also false! As mentioned many times here, they are only registered on Nevis, a small tax haven Caribbean Island. Very suspicious obviously. So that is where one must go to or complain to (try and find that phone number!)!? I also was shunted off to the infamous "Maria" in HK, who was very good at delaying and giving false hope of resolution, but just great at putting us off.. The original price was suspiciously inexpensive, but the annual fees jumped surprisingly fast once signed up, once i passed the 70 year old barrier to get any other company to provide cover! Shopping around for a real reputable company, have spoken with several agents who have inevitably heard and it is becoming more known in that industry, at least here, that these guys are complete phoney rip offs! Hopefully a Class Action Suit, as many here have suggested will happen and I will happily join and contribute to that, to get these con artists out of this business! There will always be ignorant fools and suckers who will empty their pockets and fall for these guys, enough to keep them in business. Further more, there is no objective comparative website (that doesn't sell and get commissions for selling this fake product) that ranks or reviews insurance company's with this group included, favorably. Please do careful diligent research before committing money in a once in a lifetime decision!
