“I was very happy with the service I received from you but very disappointed with your recommend a friend scheme. I recommend a friend who obtained finance through you in fact she went through the process twice as her first car was written off. Each time she made clear who recommend her but I have heard nothing from you. Clearly this part of your service is not working”

“Jacob tended to my every need. He is very attentive and even went out of his way to keep in touch out of working hours. The process has been very quick and I have been accepted for my dream car and it's all thanks to Jacob! I will be recommending you to my friends and family purely because of him. He has made it completely stress free and it's been a pleasure to work with him.
