“I was very happy with the service I received from you but very disappointed with your recommend a friend scheme. I recommend a friend who obtained finance through you in fact she went through the process twice as her first car was written off. Each time she made clear who recommend her but I have heard nothing from you. Clearly this part of your service is not working”

“I kept the same advisor through the full process. He was always in constant contact with me so I always knew what was happening. He worked around the clock to get me my finance sorted despite many set backs personally and from garages. Great guy and great comapny.”

“One individual employee stood out the most, Jacob Carr. His customer service was outstanding and he had such a friendly vibe. If anything Jacob Carr is the best I've ever done business with over phone. Would love an employee like himself at my business, the guy would be at the top in no time. “I'd just to say before dealing with these guys I was absolutely terrified that I wouldn't be able to buy my dream car with poor credit . From the moment the agent(Richard answered the phone introduced himself) . And explained how it all works , I felt so much better and at easy . He dealt with me so well making sure everything was to my liking. He was brilliant , I'd definately recommend you guys to my friends , family And colleagues , you definitely live up to your reputation.👍👍👍👍👍👍”

“At first when I applied it was just an enquiry but when Richard a member of the team rang me, he sorted everything out that I wanted. Richard was very reliable and very helpful with what I needed, he always kept me up to date with what was going on and I only applied less than a week ago and already I have my first new car! I would highly recommend this finance company and appreciate everything Richard has done for me!”
