“Cartridges worked a treat! Poorly packed, flimsy and damaged. Expected missing some contents as hole in packaging, but fortunately all good. More luck than wrapping effort.”

“I have been trying to resurrect an old printer. Had to perform multiple nozzle cleans and print test pages. Colour works ok. Black was terrible at first but improved greatly but not perfect. Colour cartridge ran out after about 10 nozzle clean and print routines.”

“I bought Hp62 compatible cartridges, black and coloured, for my HP Envy 7640 printer. Easy to order and delivery very good. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make my printer accept the alternative cartridges. I followed the helpful cleaning instructions enclosed with the cartridges but no joy. Disappointing.”

“Low cost alternative but the on cartridge chip is very susceptable to power spikes. If the chip fails the brother printer doesn't recognise the cartridge(s) and it's unusable.”

“Good points: My order was out for delivery the following day. Communication was quick and polite. Not so great: Was not advised it was coming via DPD or the tracking number, so I missed two delivery attempts as DPD come at random times of the day. One of the hard drives was dead on arrival, these things happen. I was told I would have to wait for it to go back to the wholesaler and for them to confirm before they would refund/replace. I try and use independent suppliers where I can, but I opted for a refund and got another drive from Amazon in the end because I expected a delay and I needed the drive ASAP for a server rebuild. If I had waited for a replacement, it would have taken over a week from when I reported it. I can't fault the quick and friendly communication though.”

“I ordered some printer ink online and completed the payment, which included an additional charge because I lived in Europe rather than in the UK. My delivery was withheld by customs and I was asked to pay an amount similar to the purchase price to have it delivered. I think that this could have been made clear on ordering, in which case I would not have placed the order.”

“Let down badly by your courier. I’m pleased with your product, it’s price and the ease with which I selected it and it was dispatched. Well done Refresh Cartridges for your bit. You were even there for me when I tried to trace the ink cartridges 8 days after your expected delivery date. Appalling service Royal Mail - hiding the parcel in the shrubbery outside my property, not leaving a postcard giving information of where it was nor sending an email location that I could access.”

“Slick service and easy to locate and order specific cartridges. Good price and value for money. However several of the cartridge boxes were damaged upon arrival though it remains to be seen if any of the cartridges are damaged - time will tell.”

“This is the second order with one faulty cartridge which fairly you have replaced. I have noticed that the contact points on each faulty cartridge are obviously worn. Do you test cartridges prior to issue? Thanks”

“Cartridge didn't work, had to take the chip off my old toner cartridge and put on the new one to get it to work. Not the end of the world. Ok otherwise.”
