“Recieved my order for my laser printer, it did not arrive in the usual time frame which was normally quite fast. it was a large order for my Brother colour laser printer. Have ordered ordinary catridges and toners for my other mono laser machine over many years and they always came the following day. I was expecting the same to happen with this latest order?. I actually stayed in 2 days awaiting for this, I rang up and was told my order was sent to me by DPD. Nobody knocked at my door or left a card. There was no indication from yourselves on the despatch note that it was being sent by this carrier? Dpd did not have my full address on the parcel lable (see pic) although it was on the dispatch note from yourselves (see pic). Clearly this was an error on your behalf along the way. It would be appreciated if you could give me a credit of some kind? After I rang I was told my parcel was left at my local post office and I picked it up from there.”

“I was asked to review my first experience with this company, so I here it is. Delivery was on time, so that's a positive. However, I have replaced an empty cyan ink cartridge today with a new one from Refresh and after a very very short print run it's already used one-third of the tank. Inks from a previous supplier have gone on far longer. So, I'm sorry for the poor review, but based on what I'm dealing with now I won't be buying from Refresh again. Extremely disappointed.”

“Since the Brexit there is no fun to order Refresh Cartridges in the UK. I have to pay bordertaxes and my order isn't delivered yet at this moment0”

“A few years ago, Refresh cartridges were a Which? best buy. But they no longer are. I struggle to print really black text nowadays, even when the digital text file is purely black and white. It all comes out dark grey. Quality seems to have gone downhill. None of the cartridges are branded "Refresh". And the cyan cartridges supplied recently appear to have been made by a quite different company.”

“Still waiting on the majority of this order. The delivery through DX Express got my paper has been very poor as they only offer full day delivery spots and it’s impossible to speak to a human at their offices. They where unable to leave the boxes without a signature as well so they have wasted lots of my time so far.”

“All delivered very quickly and very cheap, black cartridge very good full of ink but colour cartridge hasn’t been used yet but it’s showing nearly empty according to the printers check, don’t think it was as full as the black. Oh well what you pay for is what you get.”

“I bought 2x HP21. One refuses to work at all no matter what I do (all cleaning processes etc. done) and it appears there is no ink in it as there is no 'bleed' of ink whatsoever at the print-head foil. The other does print but is 'iffy' with streaky results. This one was also put through the cleaning etc. processes and still presented streaky results on the alignment page. Maybe it's my old printer but the previous printing with remanufactured cartridges was fine. Disappointed.”

“Have been good, until latest supply for Canon printer. Now confusion over photo black ink. As you know, this is the most expensive, and the most important ink. They need to state clearly which is their photo black ink.”

“Ive used Refresh for years this time the delivery was poor they used a different courier and caused me grief with my work and business , if it say this item will be sent by Royal mail 24 hour then it should be not 4 days”

“Very fast delivery and good product packaging were hopeful signs. However with no explicit instructions I removed some transparent sticky tape from the cartridge. This was the wrong thing to do. The printer produced a couple of horribly smeared pages. I removed the cartridge, replacing it with an original but no joy. After a couple of hours of running diagnostics and various recovery routines the printer is bricked.”
