“Cartridge didn't work. Printer would not start with it inserted. Tied to remove pertruding cover to ink. Still didn't work and ink powder went everywhere.”

“It was delivered to an incorrect address! Despite the correct address having been supplied and was on the parcel! Yes thats not the fault of the seller. Their fault was not sending an email or communication to say it had been delivered! So how would I know? The link i was sent claiming to give a link to check the tracking did not work! Apparently the wholesaler they used does not supply that info I bought the item based on the advertising saying parcel sent 24 hour tracked. I expected tracking and it delivered 48 hours after order - it was but to wrong address! I have to say that once I telephoned Refresh Cartridges they were extremely helpful Having called in the morning they were able to update me in the afternoon where the parcel was Of course this is very inconvenient. I have to change my work schedule jump in my car and go and pick up a parcel which has been incorrectly delivered. Would have been much less inconvenient if I’ve been Advised of delivery as I would’ve chased it three days earlier and not been in such pressure to collect it Apart from these some what serious issues as regards failure to advise of delivery or tracking the products are fine!”

“I did not receive my order and customer services refused to help. I have been a customer for several years. 4 years ago i moved house. Since then i have had 4 orders delivered to my new address. Completely out of the blue my latest order reverted to the old address and I have been unable to get it. The last time I am using refresh cartridges.”

“I was a big fan of this company until recently and when they decided to start using DHL as there couriers. So after 10 days after placing my order I still have not received my printer cartridges as after 4 failed attempts by DHL with no cards to tell me that was the case and no emails sent to me with the time slots they were supposed to and me not being a mind reader :-) Really poor customer service!”

“The cartridges simply didn't work in our Canon MG3600 printer. Something of a waste of money. Maybe it was the printer, maybe it was the cartridges. Maybe one star is unfair, but how could I give them more when they simply didn't work? Anyway, we've moved on and are now getting great results with our new ink-tank printer. With original ink!”

“I have used your cartridges previously and they have been very good. Unfortunately you have now changed the make and this new type simply do not work with my printer. I will now be dumping all the ones of this type that I have purchased and looking elsewhere for replacements, initially with genuine Brother ones to clear the printer. I have had no time to complain to yourselves about this. I am receiving treatment for cancer whilst also being a full time carer for my partner who had alzheimers. Time is precious.”

“I did not know these are the original HP cartridge. You should have mentioned this with the item description. Attached a picture of cartridge being rejected. I was offered with a replacement but there will be a change in price for original ones and also posting cost. So i did not do it and bought directly from HP website.”

“Refresh Cartridges deserves 5 Stars for their service and support. Unfortunately, Refresh Cartridges scores a round zero Stars, for their repeated failure to use my correct legal address in their delivery systems. My confirmed legal address is “Oaklands, 31 Fields Road, Alsager, Cheshire ST7 2NA”. Alsager is in Cheshire. I do not live in Stoke-on-Trent, or in its surrounding county of Staffordshire. Refresh are currently using another incorrect variant : “Oaklands, 31 Fields Road, Stoke-On-Trent ST7 2NA” This latest variant omits both my home town of Alsager (a major town with a population of over 15,000) and my address of Cheshire. They claim I live in ‘Stoke-On-Trent’, which is legally, administratively, regionally, politically and statistically incorrect. In this digital age, accuracy and reliability matter. When Refresh Cartridges learns that lesson, and uses my correct legal address, I will restore them to 5 Stars. Tim Gresty”
