“The cartridges simply didn't work in our Canon MG3600 printer. Something of a waste of money. Maybe it was the printer, maybe it was the cartridges. Maybe one star is unfair, but how could I give them more when they simply didn't work? Anyway, we've moved on and are now getting great results with our new ink-tank printer. With original ink!”

“A practical solution to storage. One appeared to be SD specific and the second a mix of SD and micro card storage. I wolud have preferred SD specific storage only but cannot complain as price was very good and I can always order more!”

“I've used Refresh a few times now. Ink is good quality, and the cartridges have worked well without the problems I've had in the past with HP & refilled cartridges. Delivery was quick. I will continue to use Refresh, and recommend.”

“Excellent service - slight issue with Royal Mail tracking, which failed to show the cartridge had been left with a neighbour - but customer services couldn't have been more helpful (even though it turned out this was not their fault) - the sign of an excellent business.”
