“Refills arrived on time as promised, well packaged and secure. Unable to comment on the actual refills as my wife has not put them in her pens yet.”

“I calculated that I printed 140 full A4 sheets (not the 5% or 2lines of type) statistic for the last cartridge, so I bought the same again. It calculates as only 6p a page (£8.47 cartridge) with the last Black 'HP' remanufactured ink cartridge.”

“Cartridges all delivered fine and quickly. No problem putting it in my Cannon printer. Only comment that the M AND C cartridges when put in my cannon printer came out 3/4 full but the PGBK and Yellow were full.”

“The cartridges are simple to fit and the fitting instructions are fine. The issue is that there are no instructions on how to return the old one for recycling, or have a I missed something? Cheers Les”

“They're a local enterprise with very keen prices. Tick. I ordered Saturday morning & the site suggested I'd get an update shortly. Shortly meant after the weekend - BUT I'm pretty sure it was only that it was a weekend, so no tick there. This is why it's only 4 stars and not 5. The prices are still excellent. I do recommend Refresh Cartridges.”

“Excellent service, cartridges arriving next day. Went for originals again but very expensive. Which says substitutes colour fades over time but very cheap”

“I ordered cartridges on the website. They were delivered in about 5 days by UPS. The order arrived correct and in good condition, apart from the wrapping was torn. It looked as though somebody had tried to push the package through our letter box, despite we asked to collect it from Birchy Barton Hill Road Convenience Store, in Exeter. The Birchy Barton female store assistant was less than pleasant. Having searched through a pile of delivered parcels and spent time scanning her phone and shaking her head, and declared that mine was not there, she said “that’s all the EVRI deliveries.” I told her it was UPS NOT EVRI. She proceeded to slag me off for her wasted time, for not telling her UPS at the outset. I said “you did not ask the Deliverer. The only thing you asked for was my NAME”. - she had ignored me, when I offered the tracking and order numbers. She said 95% of deliveries are by EVRI. I told her I dislike EVRI and that she should ask the deliverer first’s in future, to avoid wasting her time And Mine.”

“Delivery was exceptionally fast (as promised), well done! I can't give any opinion of the product yet because I haven't installed any in my printer yet. When I do I shall be looking for: 1) The cartridges should fit, and work with the printer. 2) The ink should not smudge or blot on the paper 3) The ink should not fade or change colour over time. ALL of these are essential requirements. We shall see!”
