“You did not tell DPD where we said to leave parcel safely. which caused DPD driver unnecessary journey which they don't get paid for. Otherwise you would have got 5 stars”

“I really needed the black cartridge but I ordered the st as I knew I would need them. Hard to identify them all without opening them. The black fit in and works but I cannot take it out. I will keep using it and put off fighting with the machine to "later". (unless you have advice. Otherwise, very personable service and quick responses. Thank you.”

“Product was ok but delivery was over the top! When I got an email from DPD saying they were going to deliver at a time I would not be available I asked them to use the drop-off point, I had no idea at that time which delivery it was. Imagine my surprise having walked 1.5 miles to the local dropp-off point to find a parcel that could have fitted through my letterbox if it had been 10x the size! Consider using Royal Mail for stuff that will go through the letter box or give better instructions to your couriers.”

“Not as prompt as in the past. Ordered Sunday delivered Thursday. In past delivery time has been max 2 working days.”

“Generally Ok but one cartridge was failed to be delivered with original order - was resolved easily with phone call and delivered the next day. But slightly anyoying happened in first place. The first time I have used the service.”

“Order was not despatched when stated and nobody bothered to advise me even though you knew there was a problem. Had to make 2 phone calls to find out what was happening. Gave you 3 stars because the previous order was fine.”
