“Ordered a two-pack for HP 2720e. Could not print when installed. Did all the things one should, e.g wiping print heads and contacts. Diagnostics said new black cartridge at fault. Contacted Refresh with details, and they sent me a new one. Arrived next day and worked perfectly. Much relieved. Customer service excellent, and also product very good price. Unusual for a cartridge to fail, but prompt action by Refresh put all right very quickly. If only other retailers could do the same ... Will definitely use Refresh again.”

“I have used Refresh for about 5 years and during that time have done and am still doing a lot of printing including printing a 102 page pack, documents and photographs, for a presentation to a First Tier Tribunal (6 x 102 plus another 100 or so of drafts and scapped). If I had used OEM cartridges. the cost in inks alone would have been enormous. All cartridges have been faultless, good quality print, and the documents able to stand much thumbing and handing. I find your service remakably quick and efficient. Your web site simpliciy itself to use although I do use sometimes your shop in Newton Abbot, where I find the staff very helpful. Is my response over- egged; No. Do I have any connection with the staff or company: No”

“I have used this company several times and they are excellent, as are their products. We use reconditioned cartridges for Epson and Kyocera printers and the quality has always been first-rate. Their telephone support is prompt and reliable and deliveries have always arrived next day. We don't even consider other options now for our ink and tonerr needs..”
