“Not used the inks yet as they are now 'in stock & on stand by' for when required. The 5 star rating is for the service, packageing & price. I have been a member of Which? for many years and when they recomend a company, you know it's one you can trust. Refresh Cartridges is a Which? Recommended Providers (WRPs), hence my order.”

“I ordered some printer ink online and completed the payment, which included an additional charge because I lived in Europe rather than in the UK. My delivery was withheld by customs and I was asked to pay an amount similar to the purchase price to have it delivered. I think that this could have been made clear on ordering, in which case I would not have placed the order.”

“I ordered one replacement cartridge. Living in Spain, the cartridge cost almost double the UK price, because of EU import duty. Even with this and delivery cost, the total cost was way under the OEM price. Delivery was quick. When I queried why the cartridge was difficult to insert, the company's response was very quick. Once I pushed harder, the cartridge went in and is working fine. I would recommend this company.”
