“I'm always impressed by Refresh. The products arrive promptly and are very good value. The only caveat being that I have experienced issues with the ink (esp black) drying out - but I am using my printer a lot less than before, so that might explain it.] Otherwise, all good”

“I have found the service excellent. This time My printer started to print but after a while it told me to change the new cartridge, although it was hardly used. I have changed the cartridge and the printer is functioning normally. This is the first glitch I have had. I have not contacted Refresh about the problem yet.”

“I ordered a twin pack of toner cartridges for my Samsung printer. They were cheap, and arrived after a couple of days on standard delivery. At least one of them works, and they seemed to be packed well enought to protect them in transit. I have no idea of number of pages, whether it is 1500 or 3000 each cartridge, becasue the description fof the twin pack just said 3000 pages.”

“I cannot fault the very good and fast delivery service but I think as with all cartridge's from any company these days they have a shelf life build in so even though you don’t use your printer that much the ink cannot have been used up the machine tells me it is running out.”

“This was my first order with Refresh. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery, arriving the following day. The ink quality seems to be satisfactory though it is early days. I haven't tried to print photos yet.”

“A practical solution to storage. One appeared to be SD specific and the second a mix of SD and micro card storage. I wolud have preferred SD specific storage only but cannot complain as price was very good and I can always order more!”
