“First time order. Very impressed with speed of delivery, ordered in the afternoon, arrived the following morning. The price for the black toner laser printer cartridge was extremely good. Installed easily, printer recognised, and copy was excellent. It's the first time I have ordered from Refresh having read reviews in Which? It will not be the last, I will shortly be ordering a full set of colour cartridges. Will also be recommending to friends.”

“My printer is a Canon Pixma MX475 & it uses PG540 for Black & CL541 for Colour. In looking at your website, I saw that both these inks also came with 'XL' after the code. I phoned Canon to ask them if the 'XL' inks could be used in the printer & they said yes, so I duly ordered them from you. However, the 'XL' inks do not fit. Shall I send them back to you? I no longer have the boxes in which they were packed.”

“I ordered a twin pack of toner cartridges for my Samsung printer. They were cheap, and arrived after a couple of days on standard delivery. At least one of them works, and they seemed to be packed well enought to protect them in transit. I have no idea of number of pages, whether it is 1500 or 3000 each cartridge, becasue the description fof the twin pack just said 3000 pages.”
