“Ordered two cartridges [balck and colour] but the colour pne failed to print red. Contacted Refresh who immediately maild me a replacement [that worls fine]. Cannot fault the prompt service.”

“It's the first time that I have used Refresh Cartridges in my Epson printer. I am very pleased with the efficiency of their procedure from orderinjg the product to having it delivered slightly ahead of the time scheduled. This third party cartridge has been used, albeit to print a colour document rather than a photograph, but it appears to function perfectly well.”

“Refresh Cartridges in Torquay and Newton Abbot, Devon are one of the most helpful and obliging companies I have ever dealt with, and as an ex packaging sales rep/manager I have dealt with a few (thousands!). I pay a few pounds extra on 1 item I buy every 3 months or so, simply because evey other supplier sends these blank DVD discs underpackaged, Amazon send them from GERMANY in a paper bag!, and they arrive broken!!!
