“first time using it im not impressed. I checked the temp of my powder coating oven and my brand new thermometer read 78 degrees and the panel I was checking was to hot to touch. im guessing its off a couple hundred degrees”
“I bought item from red tool they shorted me the free battery. I called red tool about the item that was not shipped/missing they told me I had to go through ROUTE (the protection plan I bought which i suspected that it was for stolen or lost in shipment). They never sent the item. Received tool in box which was not damaged but did not receive the battery. Then when I went through Route as told by customer care rep to notify them. It was a tedious & frustrating process involving camera,my ID, and face scanning. I am not trying to get one over on the company. I am merely trying to receive what was offered.”

“Got a flash Labor Day sale deal- ordering arrived within great reason and correct. Smooth and flawless on every aspect of the order.
I also bought a Labor Day sale from Home Depot and they miserably failed. I bought m18 fuel multi tool and 1/4 impact and the impact never arrived and was never in their system. Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with 3 different people just for them to say I’ll never get my impact wrench and have to return my multi tool to get my money back.
I will forever use redtoolstore as I only use Milwaukee tools lol.”
“Took a long time to receive my purchase. When I later returned my purchase, RTS did not provide a shipping label and free return shipping. I had to pay for the shipping which was 25% of the purchase price. I’ll stick with other suppliers.”
