“No communication with me about back orders took several weeks to get my order. also received a bad milwaukee battery in my set found out they are bot an authorized milwaukee dealer from milwaukee them selves. Red tool store would not replace the one battery told me to return entire set or contact milwaukee. This was a birthday present that was a month late when I ordered it a month before my son birthday. They never contacted me once about back order. I had to call them. Couple of days fine but almost 2 months. I will not buy from them again.”
“Tool itself was as expected. I really enjoy the Milwaukee blower. The process to get the tool was not good. The tool, after ordered, was out of stock. This was not discovered until I had to make inquiries about the order. The communication had to be initiated by the customer rather than communicated up front.”
