“Dawn did everything within her authority to keep me up to date on the status of my order. Unfortunately, the outcome for my order was less than satisfying. I do accept some responsibility. I ordered a small socket set for our boat then ordered an adjustable wrench a few minutes later when I realized it would improve the boat tool kit I was creating. I asked support if I could combine the two orders to save on shipping costs. That's when I met Dawn and that's when the trouble began. Dawn gave me great support. But, somehow, instead of combining my order, I received about 7-10 days later the adjustable wrench and a 7/16" socket. Dawn communicated continuously with the progress of someone else trying to fix things. But, in the end, I didn't get the socket set. That was disappointing and puzzling.”
“Red Tool dropped the ball on this one. I have since ordered mechandise from a better vendor. I ordered Milwaukee gloves, they delivered exactly what I ordered however due to Milwaukee mis-sizing them the gloves did not fit. (I ordered and recieived the same size I was currently wearing). Red Tool took the return but failed to refund my shipping charge. No mistake of mine but it cost me $13.50 for absolutely nothing. A better vendor would have ate the shipping loss and recouped from Milwaukee who caused the problem, not the customer who did nothing wrong.”
