“I was reluctant to order a Milwaukee tool from RTS as I had never done it before. I was extremely happy with the price and delivery. In addition, the tool I received was manufactured in 2026 so they are selling current products and not outdated versions.”
“Overall the string trimmer 2828-21E is a great machine. The battery is much better that any of the other companies units that I have tried over the years. The only thing that I was disappointed in, was the Level of Quality Control from the Assembly process from the factory. The trimmer seperated during and while in it's first use, at the point of the bending connection. I found that the bolts that secured the Top and Lower Shafts, were not fully tightend and loose. Luckily nothing was damaged, and it was easily fixed. Quality Control is the most important step in the manufacturing process, before it goes into the customers hands! I would like to see the use, of the snap in connections in addition to the bolts being used at this connection point. Just a little more security goes a long way to a longer lasting piece of equipment.”
