“I think you’re damaged product policy should change I should have been able to send you pictures of the damage so you could have immediately sent me another item without having to wait a week for you to receive the damage item and to inspect it before you sent me another item”

I have a jacket for 14 years and it gave up on the heating side, still good jacket.
The new one, feels good because that is the way the one a have 14 years ago when I put it on. Love it and in RED.

“Never receive drill, address was 100% correct, but was never delivered. It was sent back to the reds tool stool. Still have no idea what went wrong but do not have the drill and hoping for a refund.”
“My only real complaint involves a battery order I placed. The problem stems from Milwaukee warranty period determination. Three years from date of purchase OR from production date. Two of the batteries I received were current (within 3-4 months) production while the third battery production date was almost two years past. Since the order/shipping paperwork did not list battery serial number/production date, one of my brand new batteries only has 13 months of warranty vs 36 months for a supposedly new battery. There should be a better plan.”
