“I placed a very large order of tools for Fathe's Day gifts, and the order was delivered on June 20 and June 21. Out of the 12 items that I ordered, I did not receive three of the items that were included in my purchase.
When I went online to report the missing items, I was informed that they were supposedly included with one of the previous deliveries. Unfortunately, I never received those items.
If is very concerning that I have spend close to $2000 and still have not received everything I ordered. I understand that it may seem like my work against yours, but there should be some way to verify what was actually packed and shipped. Are there any packing records, photos, videos, weight checks or other tracking methods that could help determine whether these items were included in the shipment?
I would appreciate any assistance that you can provide in investigating this matter and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
I would also like to point out that several of the items included in this order were significantly more expensive than the items that are missing. If I were attempting to make a false claim regarding the missing merchandise, it would make little sense for me to report only these lower-priced items while retaining the more expensive products.
