“Overall the string trimmer 2828-21E is a great machine. The battery is much better that any of the other companies units that I have tried over the years. The only thing that I was disappointed in, was the Level of Quality Control from the Assembly process from the factory. The trimmer seperated during and while in it's first use, at the point of the bending connection. I found that the bolts that secured the Top and Lower Shafts, were not fully tightend and loose. Luckily nothing was damaged, and it was easily fixed. Quality Control is the most important step in the manufacturing process, before it goes into the customers hands! I would like to see the use, of the snap in connections in addition to the bolts being used at this connection point. Just a little more security goes a long way to a longer lasting piece of equipment.”

“I still have several heavy duty Milwaukee tools which use 28 volt batteries which is my understanding are becoming obsolete due to the advances in the battery technology, and 28 volt batteries are hard to find, thanks to Red Tool and their fast service, I am back in service”
