“Every Milwaukee Tool that I'v bought from RTS has been good , but the last battery is junk . It took to long to charge will NOT stay charged more than 5 minutes now it Will NOT charge . 2 weeks old ???”
“I placed multiple orders, they were accepted, I was given an order number and then they were cancelled because red tool didn't want to honor a price of an item that they listed and I purchased.
They wouldn't tell me why they kept cancelling my order, I guessed they didn't want to honor that kit and just bought something else, that order went through.
If you all don't want to honor your sale prices than don't post them, I can tell you I am very unlikely to purchase anything else from red tool in the future.
The entire experience was poor, I will even pay more to not have to deal with their poor customer service.
Wouldn't recommend.”
