1) I thought of another item that I wanted some 30 minutes after placing my $800 order. I'm disappointed that I had to pay shipping on the 2nd order.
2) This happens far too often. I give you my email address when I registered my account and you fuckers assume that I'm thrilled when you send me 5 emails per day informing me of yet some other great item that you assume I would want. I doubt you would have thought of this but I am perfectly capable of returning to your site and browsing through your offering of items that might interest me. I don't need you to pester me.”
