“I never received my package. Shop, the site used to purchase the product, provided an incorrect shipping address (in another state). I reached out to Shop with no response. I've left a voice mail and multiple emails with Red Tool Store with no response. I did get a "live" person on the phone once and they said I would recieve follow up communication, but that 4 days ago (before the product was delivered). I'm at a loss at how to get this resolved.”
