“My third or fourth order, same good service as always, delivered quickly and no shortages. My only comments are that occasionally the beading has imperfections meaning the whole length can't be used and a recent purchase of wood repair did not prompt for the dual cartridge gun needed so more postal expense when it could have been included in the original order”

“Range of Butyl glazing strips was better than local suppliers and ordering was easy and delivery prompt. The only issue being the packaging box looked like it had been kicked around whilst in transit and was ripped nearly fully open though the contents were there and only marginally bruised (which will not effect its use or finish) though whose fault this was is unknown. To give the delivery company their due, they had to pay a second visit to effect delivery and did require prior approval to leave the item in the porch and not expect a signature.”

“I was torn between Reddiseals and another window specialist for a large restaurant facade project, and ended up going with reddiseals because they had the exact colour of weatherstripping I wanted to use. I was very glad I did because their customer service was excellent - when there was a problem with a router bit I bought with the order they sent out a replacement of a higher quality free of charge by overnight courier. I had it the next day and the job went ahead smoothly. Excellent range, good prices and first class service.”
