“I needed some screws to match existing door handle screws. This was the site which had the most information on so I could easily match. Prompt delivery and hey presto matching screws. Great service”

“I ordered two items that would be delivered within two days, needed for my boat. Day I was leaving I received a call to say driver could not locate my property. I said I needed the items that day. I then received a further call to say driver was back at the depot. REALLY? I find this laughable. the person I spoke to was not polite, attitude take it or leave it. I cancelled order and requested a refund. Rest assured I will not deal with this company again and all reviews I give will be very unfavorable.”
