“I made contact through your web site, which was easily accessible and informative. This led me to contact your technical people for advice on the glazing of wooden windows with sealed units. The young man with whom I spoke was polite and kindly in nature. He was good enough to e mail instructive information re process and materials that should be employed for best effect. Having read this literature I ordered some butyl putty from you - it arrived securely packed before my undercoat to the casements concerned had time to dry! One cannot complain at such exemplary service - must be something to do with your proximity to our Welsh border!!! Diolch yn fawr, Dan Griffiths”

“I had problems with the screws that were supplied with the fittings. Three of the first few screws that I used sheared off so I decided to find my own alternative screws to complete the job. I initially reported this on a review to which the customer services team at Reddiseals responded admirably and gave me a refund. So top marks to Reddiseals for the way they have acted and which is the main reason why I have reviewed my scoring to 'good'. Hopefully, Reddiseals will now test the screws and make sure the problem is resolved for future purchasers. The actual fittings are fine and do the job for the purpose that they were purchased.
