“I had the best and most helpful service from a member of their staff - I needed a small part for something and couldn't identify it - he obviously had a good product knowledge (or was willing to research it) - and I ended up with the right thing and an appreciation that one can still get old-fashioned helpfulness from companies, even though others I had approached simply sent me a picture of what they had, which didn't answer my questions at all.”

“Ordered 2 items, flexistrip and georgian bar tape at 16:15 Friday afternoon which arrived pre 11am the next morning. Wonderfully efficient as I only paid for 1st class. Double glazed unit is fitted and as the delivery box fitted the reels I have suitable storage for what is unused.”
