“Very good customer service, ordered a Timbabuild Starter box, one item was missing from the box when opened, I rang Reddiseals and the missing item was sent out and delivered to me the next morning. Very helpful!!!! Steve”

“Fantastic service and quality products; had a call within a few minutes of making the order on the website to say they were out of stock of one item but they were expecting a delivery the next day and asking if I was OK with that, which I was.”

“Great service yet again. I requested the goods were dispatched to arrive in a two day delivery window, which is exactly what they did. Packaging was damaged but that was down to the courier rather than Rediseals. The goods were fine.”

“I purchased some Metolux 2 Part Pre-Mix Styrene Free Wood Filler, which is “an innovative two-part high strength polyester wood filler designed to guarantee the proper ratio mix of hardener and resin.” Seven days after application, it hasn’t gone off and I’ve had to cancel the decorator. Reddiseals’ tech support have no idea what the problem is but have offered to send an alternative, ‘normal’ two part filler. Would I use Reddiseals again? Absolutely. 5/5 Would I buy another Metolux product? No. 0/5”
