“Goods not yet received. Maybe my mistake but I put my card address in as address on online form then put delivery address (different) in special instructions. I didn't see another place to put it. Delivery was attempted last Thurs. Carrier phoned from card address and said no problem when I gave him delivery address. Goods not yet received.”

“Testing out scottish simplex hinges for sash windows before buying lots as my windows are hard to clean and paint from outside. Wanted chrome but out of stock at present. Quick and polite call back to let me know. Accepted alternative in brass. Look fine and reasonably well made. Small issue (mentioned on website but which I overlooked) that a pair of roundhead screws needs fitting to each sash to which to affix the simplex hinge when the cords are detached for cleaning. Sketch for fitting insruction is better than any competitor manages by far but could easily be a lot better without great effort & to assist the DiYers out as there is some variation in the possible installation methods and a few alternative sash cord grips and staff bead fixings. Altogether though prompt, helpful and reasonably priced.”
