“The Brighton fastener is nice but the screws provided were hopeless. You would be better to provide posidrive screws even if a slightly different colour as the screws you provided would not grip in the screwdriver and could not effectively be used with an electric screwdriver / electric drill attachment. I had to replace the screws. I am still planning to buy more of these but will provide my own screws.”

“I needed 30kg of putty for steel windows. I put the order in and it was delivered in less than 24 hours. I had put the order in early to make sure I wouldn’t be stuck once I had prepared the casements. I didn’t even have time to prepare my lunch! Brilliant service every time.”

“The items I ordered arrived promptly and the casement window catch Was easy to install and fitted well, giving additional security and blending in with the other window furniture. I have not fitted the zero gap window seal yet so I would like to give my feedback on this at a later date.”
