“Company is an omnishambles without the ability to differentiate arse from elbow. Failed to deliver, charged me for delivery anyway, inspite of that being against consumer protection law. They tried shipping again and failed to deliver all the items. Took a month to reply to my email and they just ignored that they had failed to deliver all of the items I ordered. Shame as the partial order they delivered was pretty good stuff for the price.”

“Nice to actually talk to a human being and , better still, one who knows what she is talking about. Samples promptly sent and order simply placed. Out of stock. . . . Not so good, but if it comes when promised all will be well.”

“I liked the finish to the timber stop beads .They where a nice smooth finish and well primed . The only negative point was that one of the beads had a mark on half way along ,looked like a tear in the wood due to sap”

“I ordered the items to fix a window. the items were out of stocj but i received a telephone call to alert me to this. I was then told I would receive them on a given date and they duly arrived on the date specified. Good communication from the company.”

“The oil rubbed bronze deco door handles that I bought are of very good solid quality.The finish is beautifully silky smooth, the colour is perfect and the classy is style very much in keeping for the Arts and Crafts house which I am renovating , a great improvement on the 1990's shiny brass rope twist ones that I replaced. The lever movement is smooth. I'm very pleased.The technical department gave very good prompt advice on attaching the handles onto very hard solid oak doors, their tip on greasing the screws was ingenious!”
