“The sash window locks arrived promptly and were well packaged. The locking part of the window fittings were stiff and then broke. Reddiseals replaced the defective locks very promptly, with new ones. They were helpful, friendly and efficient.”

“Sadly it seems that they no longer make the visible Pully Cover although it is still shown on the website. Had to make do with the hidden one which fits reasonably well but is not perfect. Otherwise the transaction and delivery were very good.”
