“Good product. Buying could be easier if the product description was consistent on the invoicfe. For schelgel seals the roll size is shown on the invoice for one product but not for another. The technical information would benefit from more drawings of typical applications.”

“Your prices and product are fine, but your delivery company is rubbish, they have not delivered any of my orders on time, lie to say they have tried to deliver even when we have been waiting for them, and re-delivery never happens unless you ring to complain, about time you got a Better delivery company reddiseals”

“I ordered some espag window fittings for UPVC windows the first lot arrived they were for wood i rang up was told sorry you have been given the wrong fitting, you send them back at your own cost you will have to reorder because the ones you have been sent are the wrong ones you will have to pay for the next lot but we will refund. the 2nd lot came still for wood your technical chap said he would look into it and ring back but never did after repeated phone calls they said they would collect and refund the money i am still waiting”
