“Having ordered some window stays, directly from the company, I received a phone call to say they were out of stock, but they had some slightly more expensive ones (actually over 2x the price). I said no, and then looked on eBay and found the ones I wanted, with free postage! Lo and behold, they were from Reddiseals. Thank you Readdiseals for saving me money - I ended up spending less than I was going to in the first place. Thank you also for the telephone call to tell me the original ones were unavailable - it was lovely actually talking to someone instead of just receiving a bog standard email.”

“I was very impressed with my recent purchase from Reddiseals. I thought trying to by satin chrome sash window fitch fastners to fit our windows would be a difficult task but Reddiseals had exactly the product I needed (which turned out to be a very good product at a very reasonable price) the purchasing on the website was straightforward and the correct delivery was received in 2 days from ordering. “The products that arrived were very high quality! The finish is beautiful. However as an international customer I was given only one option for shipping, which was 2-3 day service and phenomenally expensive. It ended up that one of the products was twice as large as I anticipated (there were no references for scale in the photo, and I neglected to check the metric measurements).”
