“Online you show availability for everything I ordered and delivery within a specified timescale. I then get a phone call to say part of my order is on back order. When ordering your website needs to be clear about availability.”

“I am delighted with the speed with which you sent me 6 like-for-like replacement window latches. They are exactly what I wanted. However, I am having to replace the existing latches because the most used of the originals, which were fitted by the provider to new casement windows in 2010, have worn to the extent that they are very wobbly and no longer pull the windows fully closed against their gaskets. Before fitting the new items I will be filling the spindle and washer space at the back of each latch with graphite grease to reduce wear.”
