“Terrible company. They advertise things on their webisite that they do not have in stock. Then they ring you the next day to say that you can't get your item for three weeks; even though I paid for next day delivery. When I explained that I am a business and can't let my customer down by delaying the job for three weeks they really try and talk you out of asking for a refund. To cap it all off the refund takes a week. That's right a week. My payment to them must be instantaneous but when they owe me money it takes a week. I ended up buying the repair resin I had ordered from a competitor - who sell it for 15% cheaper anyway - and in the past I have had nothing but trouble from reddiseals. Just one example is the last five times I have paid for next day delivery - always placing the order before 10am - I didn't receive my order for two (and once three) days anyway. I have finally given up on you reddiseals. You have given you way to many second chances for 15 years now. You guys are hopeless.”

Sorry to hear about your experience above, it's never great losing a customer. Upon reviewing your order it appears that one of the items was indeed out of stock unfortunately, however this was communicated within 15 minutes of ordering and we completed the refund 3 days later. “Totally delighted!!!! I sourced quite a relatively large seal for an old wooden door frame that I just couldnt find elsewhere without special order, not only was in stock ready to ship I had a choice of colours. It was simple and easy to order and delivered promptly even though oredered at a weekend, safe and secure, ready for installation, this allowed me to exceed my customers expectations too, so we were all winners. Definitely be exploring and trawling through other products on this site in the future and will be a definite first reference going forward.”

“Very happy with the products and all the staff I have dealt with have been very proffessional and helpfull. Only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the delivery is not great. Twice I have paid for next working day delivery and both times the order didn't arrive next working day which has caused me problems and work delays. To be fair Reddiseals refunded me my carriage charges. I would definiteley use them again but next time I would order a few days before if possible.”

“The product was excellent it arrived very well packaged, I thought the postage was a little on the expensive side and having to sign for something costing less £10 was ridiculous. But if I needed something similar again I would definitely use this company!”
